              Waiting...

Starring : Ryan Reynolds and Anna Farris

Written and Directed by Rob McKittrick

Released by Lions Gate Films

(sorry I have yet to be able to get pictures yet.)

Story: The story follows Dean (played by Justin Long) who has been a waiter since high school, and is now going on his fourth year. He becomes very depressed when he hears that his friend from high school just got a great job in electrical engineering. And follows what happens next.

My Thoughts:  It isn't the character of Dean that carries this movie. Monty (played by Ryan Reynolds)  almost single handedly carried this movie on his back. He was very funny and very entertaining to watch. "The Game" as they call it in the movie is hilarious just because you wouldn't expect people at a restaurant to be doing things like that. With a budget of only $3 Million, I think that they did an awesome job at telling a very good story and was very fun to watch. So lets add things up...

Acting..........1/2- The acting wasn't great by any standards, but was still fun to watch.

Story..........1 - The story was very intriguing.

Direction....0 - There wasn't much direction, but some how it still worked.

Not Overly Done.....1 - There was nothing overly done, the simplicity is what made it good.

Keeps me entertained...1 - This movie was very entertaining. It was a laugh every 3 minutes.

 Overall rating: 3 1/2 out of 5

If you get the chance to rent this DVD I would suggest that you do it. Be warned, this movie isnt for the faint at heart. There is some very crude humor and a little bit of raunchiness.
