Starring: Phillip Sayer
Directed by: Harry Davenport
Rated R
Genre: Horror/Science Fiction
Synopsis: A man was abducted
three years ago returns to earth with inhuman like abilities.
My Thoughts: This movie is a
typical low-budget 80's horror crapfest.
Scorecard:
Acting- The
acting in this movie was about what you would expect from a 80's horror
film, crap. (0)
Direction-
Do you honestly think that there would be any direction to a movie like
this? Actually, you would be surprised, because there was some, there
wasn't a lot, but the movie did have flow to it. (1/2)
Story-
I thought that the story was good enough that there should be a movie made
about it. Sadly, this movie was made instead. I still think that this
movie should be remade, because the story is good. A man gets abducted by
aliens and isn't seen again for three years, when he returns he has
superhuman powers. I cannot give it a full star, but I like it enough were
I cannot give it a zero. (1/2)
Expectations-
I expected this movie to be a really bad 1980's horror movie with some
aliens in it. That isn't what I got. I got this crapfest, with terrible
acting and a movie so boring, you long to have a conversation with a brick
wall. (0)
Boring?-
Yes, there is nothing more boring than this movie. The story flowed, but
when you have such terrible acting, it really drags the movie down, and it
just made everything sooo incredibly dull. (0)
Final Score: 1
out of 5
Final Thoughts: This movie
really doesn't even deserve the one star rating it got. There was nothing
I really enjoyed about this movie other than the story, the film got lucky
when it actually had flow and continuity. Try to avoid this movie, unless
you want to see it for the one great part where a woman gives birth to a
full grown man...but if you really want to see that, watch Will Ferrell's
Saturday Night Live skit, it is sort of the same, and a lot more
entertaining.
